No. The jump will be clean when you get it. Rad bounce cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Cancellations for any reason including pandemics must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a rain check. Rainchecks are good for one rebooking and will be held for up to one year. After one rebooking or after one year rain checks will be considered void and no refunds or further rain checks will be given. Reductions/ partial cancelations on orders are not allowed within 7 days. Prior to 7 days all reductions/ partial cancelations that are not replaced with items of equal or better value are subject to a loss of any discounts or promotions and a restocking fee:  items under $500 will have a 30% restocking fee , items over $500 will have a 50% restocking fee. 
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
